1. Services Provided

Darin-Drives offers private driving services for individuals and groups. Our services include transportation to and from various destinations, as well as customized driving arrangements based on the client's needs.

2. Booking and payments

Clients can book our services through our website, mobile app, or buy contacting our customer service team. Payment is required at the time of service, a deposit may be required at time of booking and can be made via credit card, Zelle, 'Venmo, Debt card, or other approved payment methods.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients can cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick up time for a full refund if one was made.  Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick up time may be subject to loss of your deposit and or cancellation fee.

4. Driver Conduct

Our drivers are professional, and experienced individuals who prioritize safety and customer satisfaction.  Clients are expected to treat our drivers with respect, and any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

5. Liability

While Darin-Drives takes all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our clients, we are not liable for any unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during the ride.

6. Private Policy

Darin-Drives respects the privacy of our clients and ensures that any personal information collected during the booking process is kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing our services.

7. Feedback and Complaints

We welcome feedback from our clients to improve our services.  Any complaints or concerns should be addressed to our customer service team, who will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

8. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

Darin-Drives reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will bee notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
